Avoid Carbs

Generally intake of carbs specially in breakfast should be avoided as it makes you more hungry throughout the day and encourages weight gain. Eat less carbohydrates for the amount of energy your body need than stored fats which makes you fat and saggy. Intake of food with fats, protein and fibre is best for breakfast.

Eat 3 Main Meal

Intake of 3 main meals consisting of protein, carbs and fats is sufficient for your body to be fit. Eating frequently promotes weight gain which never boosts metabolism. Leave 3 to 5 hours between each meal for better results.

Drink water before your meal

Drink 2-3L of water per day and drinking of water before your every meal make you feel full thus avoiding much food resulting in weight loss. Water is a basis for burning fats when you drink warm water on a regular basis.

Avoid drinking alcohol

Alcohol is rich in calories which will effect in maintaining body weight. Avoid everyday drinking and limit it to 1-2 drinks per day. Opt for low calorie count beer or wine if you can’t avoid drinking and stick to it.

Eat early at night

Try to eat before 8pm which will be very beneficial for you diet. Human Growth Hormone (HGH) which controls aging and metabolism is released at night which will be interfered if you eat late at night.
